Our goal is to bring the magic to your closet. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will do everything we can to help!

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Returns are available for products as long as the product is returned free of smoke, damage, make-up stains, deodorant stains, and has not been washed or worn. If you believe you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. The original tags must still be attached for returns to be processed.

EXCHANGES

Due to limited inventory, we cannot hold items or guarantee they will be in stock by the time your return is processed.

If the item is available in the size you need at the time the return form is processed, we will be happy to exchange the item for you!

EXCEPTIONS

All sale items are final sale and no returns will be accepted. 

RETURNS

Customers that return items will receive a refund in the form store credit.   You will receive an online gift card loaded with the price of the item that you previously purchased.

Local Return 

  1. Fill out the online form linked above.
  2. Contact us coordinate place and time to meet or drop off.
  3. If you are wanting an exchange and the item is available, we will have the replacement item for you as soon as possible. Otherwise, we will send a gift card to your email with store credit for the amount that you paid. 

 

Out of Town Return - 

  1. Fill out the online form linked above.
  2. Pack the item(s) and ship back to us.
  3. If you are wanting an exchange and the item is available, we will ship the replacement to you.  Otherwise, we will send a gift card to your email with store credit for the amount that you paid. 
  • Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.  
  • All returns must be received within 21 days of delivery date.
